Every on-campus residence hall has a fire safety system, and every semester includes a drill.
Protecting every residence hall
Each on-campus student housing facility has a fire safety system, and most have fire monitor panels that communicate directly with the University Police Department.
The University Fire Marshal and Residence Life staff hold a fire drill each semester in every on-campus residence to make sure systems work and that students and staff know how to evacuate safely. Fire and safety training is also available to any campus department on request.
